Entertainment One (eOne) today unveils plans for the retail launch of its global entertainment preschool property Peppa Pig in India, as the show begins to attract a new international audience. The award-winning TV series made a strong broadcast debut in the country in June 2016 on VOOT Kids, the VoD destination by Viacom18 for kids’ content in India. Peppa Pig has also just made its debut on Nickelodeon preschool Channel Nick Jr. India where it began to air on January 9th 2017. Viacom Media Networks first resort in Southeast Asia is slated to open in 2020 Viacom International Media Network (VIMN) is collaborating with Asian resort developer Coral World Park Undersea Resorts on a new Nickelodeon resort and attraction in the Philippines. The attraction will be part of Coral World Park Undersea, a 400-hectare development in the Philippine province of Coron, Palawan that is expected to open in several steps starting in 2018 and is described as the world’s first undersea attraction. Nickelodeon’s part of the resort is slated to open in 2020 and will consist of 70 hectares for accommodation and 30 hectares for the themed attraction. The new clips sees Emma Watson singing and meeting the beast, the new trailer was revealed at Golden Globe Awards Disney aired a special sneak peek of the live-action Beauty and the Beast during the Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday. The film, directed by Bill Condon, brings the classic fairy tale classic to life with Emma Watson as Belle, a young woman whose love for a monstrous beast (Dan Stevens) could break a curse placed upon a castle.
