Mercury Filmworks, one of Canada's most prolific independent animation studios is expanding its management team by promoting several key executives and hiring new staff. This year’s Cartoon Forum 2017 will take place in Toulouse (southwestern of France) at the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis from 11 to 14 September.
