This year’s Cartoon Forum 2017 will take place in Toulouse (southwestern of France) at the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis from 11 to 14 September. For these three days, producers will get an opportunity to pitch their projects before 900 broadcasters, investors and other potential partners from 30 countries. The pitching sessions are an important element of the Cartoon Forum with each project presented in around 30 minutes to all potential partners gathered in the same room. The format allows co-productions getting  finalised, pre-buys agreed, negotiation of distribution agreements, options discussed on every type of right and licensing of secondary rights. A new category has been created for this year namely short pitch session where several projects will be pitched in ten minutes
