According to a recent announcement, CITV UK has acquired the UK free TV rights of the magical comedy toon Wishfart.
The 20 x 30 / 40 x 11 min animated series will also be sold around MIPCOM and MIP Junior next month by global distributor Bejuba! Entertainment.
“We are thrilled that CITV will be the home of Wishfart in the UK. The tone of this visually outstanding animation combined with great comedy will resonate with British Kids,” said Darren Nartey, ITV Programme Acquisitions Executive.
Wishfart follows the hilarious misadventures of a teen leprechaun named Dez, whose wish-granting powers doesn’t always work as intended.
