The movie will see the biggest names of the DC Universe come together, including Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
Warner Bros. has confirmed that a Justice League movie is in the pipeline, scheduled to follow the upcoming Batman Vs Superman film.
The studio has already locked in Zack Snyder, the director of Man of Steel and its forthcoming sequel, which goes into production next month.
The script for the third movie in the series is currently in development, reports Variety, and as of yet, has no confirmed release date.
Similar to Disney’s The Avengers – which brings together some of Marvel’s most popular heroes – Justice League will see the biggest names in the DC universe come together, including Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman.
With a release date of May 6th, 2016, the Batman-Superman movie will see Henry Cavill reprise his role as Superman, with Ben Affleck as Batman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.
