DC Universe launches ‘DC Daily’ show, to be hosted by Kevin Smith

DC has announced a new daily news show on the DC Universe service. Titled as DC Daily, the show will have live stream introduction which will be hosted by director and comic book writer Kevin Smith.

Filmed and streamed daily from a newly-designed, 2,100-square-foot facility at the Warner Bros. Digital Networks studio in Burbank, CA, Daily’s set will feature conversational seating, demonstration stations and stand-up viewing areas for hosts, guest commentators and special guests.

According to the news release, Daily will offer news and insights on upcoming DC projects, from comics, TV, and movies to web series and DC Universe exclusives.

Besides, Daily will also feature guest appearances, interviews and panel discussions including some of the known voices from DC Universe.

Fans will be given the opportunity to connect with others in the DC community, earn premium rewards and participate in sweepstakes and contests at DC Universe.

The live stream inauguration will happen on August 29, which will be hosted by Smith, introducing fans to the format, sets and exclusive content that can be expected from DC Daily.
