The D23 fan expo that wrung down its curtains on 14th July saw Disney make a number of big reveals that included an exclusive teaser trailer of the upcoming film Avengers: Infinity War. The studio also released a new poster art of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
And to get the event to a grand conclusion there was a appearance from the cast of Avengers: Infinity War with the likes of Josh Brolin (who plays Thanos), Karen Gillan, Paul Bettany, Don Cheadle and Elizabeth Olsen were all introduced, before Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Holland takig to the stage.
Some of the Avengers themselves including Robert Downey Jr, Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth also made an appearance before the teaser trailer was aired.
The trailer was formally released to the public at the San Diego Comic-Con last week.
Now, some news of Star Wars. Though there were no further details on the plot of The Last Jedi, Disney did bring out a series of new posters focusing on all the main characters, including Carrie Fisher as General Organa.
It was also declared that the forthcoming multiplayer game Star Wars: Battlefront II would release in November.
Disney also unveiled a short film about what has been going on behind the scenes during the filming of The Last Jedi.
