Get A Punch In Animation!!

Hi Friends,

Today I am gonna talk about “Punch in Animation”.

We often refer to stories that it has that punch in it, or we say the animation should hit the punch dialog or the timing correctly.

Tip: Always try to hit the vowels when doing lip sync, as it also adds in the punch in animation.

Note : Always listen to the background score or the dialog and listen carefully. Never hurry up with the shots always plan and plan first!!

Remember a good blocking of poses will decide the quality of animation to come. So make your blocking excellent.

Tip: Watch lot of movies especially Disney & Pixar’s so that you can learn from them.

Note: Try to observe it without sound so that your focus is in animation.

So to get that punch in your animation you need:

1. Good Planning

2. Good Observation

3. Good blocking of poses.

4. Good listening to the audio.

Best of luck for that Punch.. So pack your bags and get that punch in your animation.

  • I do accept as true with all the concepts you have introduced in your post. They are very convincing and can definitely work. Nonetheless, the posts are very short for starters. May you please lengthen them a little from subsequent time? Thank you for the post.|
