Ink GlobalINK Global will showcase two hotly anticipated shows namely Moonzy and The Barkers at the forthcoming MIP Junior event.

Moonzy, available as 52 x 6’ or 26 x 13’ episodes, is a beautiful Russian animation that introduces young audiences to a little alien who falls to earth and finds a new home amongst the lovable inhabitants of a forest meadow.

Through their adventures, kids are taught about love, the importance of respecting their elders and the difference between good and evil.

Already a massive success in Russia, Moonzy is produced by multi-award winning director Sergey Selyanov and promises to be the biggest Russian project since Masha and the Bear.

The Barkers is a very different barrel of fun. This is the uproarious tale of a unique canine family who head to the country house to enjoy a ‘barking good’ time.

The energetic pups are in for a non-stop fun, as they dig to find dinosaurs, explore a deserted island, discover the mysteries of the attic, hunt for treasures and mushrooms, and fight with imaginary monsters.

With their ingenuity, courage and friendship tested again and again, this will be a vacation to remember! Season 1 is already available, with season 2 set to launch in October – both comprise 26x 6’ episodes.

Ink Global has a history of debuting breakout hits at MIP Junior. It was just a few years ago that audiences at Cannes were treated to an unknown Russian cartoon called Masha and the Bear, which is now Europe’s sixth most in-demand kids show.

Following a meeting between Ink and Universal Studios, MIP Junior also gave birth to the eagerly anticipated ZAFARI, which receives it’s official launch in Cannes on Sunday, October 15th.

Claus Tømming, Managing Partner, Ink Global, says, “MIP Junior has played a big part in our global growth, so we’re excited about coming here again and talking to people about two shows that – just like all our projects – represent something new, original and special.”
