PINY, Institute of New York debuts on Sony POP

PINY, Institute of New York, co-produced by Ánima Kitchent and Famosa Animation, subsidiary of Famosa's audiovisual production, has debuted on POP. Pop is a free-to-air children's television channel in the United Kingdom owned by Sony Pictures Television. The UK channel along with licensing agent ITV Studios Global Entertainment are the perfect partners to roll out the brand's European expansion. ITV has now confirmed that it will be presenting PINY at the upcoming Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) that is supposed to run from 10-12 October. The company will be representing PINY in the UK for all product categories. This year at Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) Imperial War Museums (IWM) will unveil a new collaboration with Wayne Hemingway and the HemingwayDesign team. Premiering at BLE ‘The Spitfire Collection’ by HemingwayDesign for IWM will be the first in a series of licensee designs between the museum and design house.  For this range Wayne and the team have taken inspiration from the iconic Spitfire plane, creating unique and memorable designs that can be used on a number of products. Volkswagen to debut $280M licensing programme at Brand Licensing Europe

Volkswagen has confirmed its attendance at this year’s Brand Licensing Europe; marking its first ever appearance at a licensing event with the largest stand in the show’s Brands & Lifestyle zone. Volkswagen Zubehoer and IMG have grown Volkswagen’s licensing programme in just over three years to retail sales of over $280M, spread across more than 170 licenses worldwide.
