Incorporated Ltd, the London-based content distribution company that specialises in premium animation and family entertainment, has closed another high-profile deal for Sunny Bunnies (26 x 3.5 mins), taking the non-dialogue comedy for four-to seven-year-olds into a total of 156 countries. Following the lead of its sister channels in the US, South East Asia, CEEMEA (CEE, Middle East, Africa), Russia/CIS, Australia/New Zealand and Japan, the Walt Disney Company EMEA has acquired the second season of Digital Light Studio’s Sunny Bunnies. CN Releases New Video Game ‘Battle Crashers’

Cartoon Network and Maximum Games, a video game publisher in partnership with GameMill Entertainment, have joined forces to release the video game “Cartoon Network: Battle Crashers.” The side-scrolling action game will merge together the universes of some of Cartoon Network’s most popular franchises including “Steven Universe,” “The Amazing World of Gumball,” “Clarence,” “Uncle Grandpa,” “Adventure Time” and “Regular Show.” The game also features tag-team gameplay, customization, character progression, special stages and boss battles. “Cartoon Network: Battle Crashers” is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo 3DS in the U.S., U.K., EMEA, Australia and New Zealand.

Turner Globalizes Kids’ Content Strategy

New approach will see the studio's international and U.S. divisions work more closely. Turner International is forging a new joint approach with its U.S. operation for the kids' and general entertainment businesses, as the company adopts a more global approach to content strategy. The strengthened relationship comes as Turner doubles its investment in programming and content. Other recent initiatives in the company's evolving kids' offering include the re-positioning of the Boomerang network over the last year as a second international, all-animation, family-skewed kids’ channel alongside Cartoon Network; the implementation of a global programming deal for Boomerang with Warner Bros.; and an expanded GE footprint with the launch of TNT into new markets.
