Mr Bean to be Comic Book now

Mr. Bean is making his way to the publishing industry thanks to the launch of a new graphic novel series. Developed by Dabel Brothers Publishing, the first issue of the new title – starring the graphic novel likeness of Rowan Atkinson’s Mr Bean – is scheduled to hit shelves in spring 2017. Turner’s second flagship kids’ brand increases its regional footprint Boomerang, the global kids’ brand and companion channel to Cartoon Network, has launched in Malaysia on HyppTV with a two-month free preview available from August 1, 2015. Boomerang is an all-animation network with a line-up of household names and contemporary cartoons programmed for both kids and their families. Turner appointed licensing agent for Mr Bean in Asia

HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL LICENSING SHOW - Tiger Aspect Productions (an Endemol Shine Company) has appointed Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific as its exclusive licensing agent in Asia for Mr Bean, effective immediately. Turner Asia Pacific’s dedicated licensing division – Cartoon Network Enterprises – is tasked with driving licensing activity for Mr Bean for the next three years and will represent the brand in key markets in Southeast Asia, as well as India.  (more…)
