Artemple Hollywood masterfully crafts invisible VFX for Netflix’s ‘MINDHUNTER’

Latest News, Studio, VFX
Netflix has made it a habit to deliver binge worthy content, one after the other. The most recent show which I binged on was the crime-drama-thriller ‘MINDHUNTER’. The show captures the escapades of two FBI agents, back in the late 1970s, who expand criminal science by delving into the psychology of murder and getting uneasily close to all-too-real monsters. The series premiered on 13th October 2017 with 10 episodes making up Season 1. The compelling 10-episode series unfolds like a theatrical feature, rather than a collection of distinct episodes, making each episode’s end credits leaving you with ‘something is amiss’ kind of feeling rather than a suggestion to stop watching and save it for next time. The story is based on the non-fiction book Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Seri

Describing the collaboration as a “360 relationship” that will fuse fashion, culture and entertainment ahead of the season two release on Oct. 27, Sheena Sauvaire, global marketing and communications director at Topshop, said that the worlds of entertainment, culture, fashion and tech are all colliding and that the Netflix tie-up made sense for the retailer’s young customer. Sauvaire added that the in-store takeover plays to the Topshop customer’s obsession with retro styling right now, and in particular the look of the Stranger Things characters who all live in Hawkins, Ind. in the early Eighties. The partnership will also give Topshop customers and Netflix watchers the chance to watch two episodes of the new series
