The parliamentary committee on Information Technology and Broadcasting has implementation of the project that encourages young creative wizards in animation, gaming and VFX… In a bid to boost animation industry across India, the parliamentary committee has strongly suggested for setting up the National Centre of Excellence swiftly. The move aims at bolstering animation, gaming and visual effects segments in different corners of the country. As per the committee findings, National Centre of Excellence is the need of the hour, a specific and dedicated institution will train the young guns to secure the future of animation phenomenon in India. For setting up the center, the committee has spent Rs. 2.6 million already from the allotted 3 million to them, says the Revised Estimate

Yet this you can call as famous and common, it is still being used in Films, Game Cinematic and Television commercials. But their execution of dispersion may differ. We can carry out many kinds of dispersion either by Geometry, Shaded techniques, Compositing, Lighting and mainly through particles and dynamics. Fire comes in all size and shapes and behaves differently depending upon the combustible materials, exposure of camera it's being filmed on and or viewed with our naked eye. Fire looks more believable when you evaluate its motion of the flames, the shader /color of fire and its related interaction with the environment , the ambience light fusing with it.
