French broadcaster TFI has acquired the second season of global co-pro Super Wings which will air on the broadcaster’s children’s slot TFOU.
Super Wings is a co-production of China’s Alpha Group, Korea’s Funny Flux Entertainment and New York’s Little Airplane Productions.
The round an hour long toon that is aimed at children between three to six-year-olds follows the adventures of a transforming robot-plane that is trying to deliver packages to children across the world.
The series recently secured broadcast deals for both Portugal and German-speaking areas with broadcasters Canal Panda and KiKA respectively.
The show currently airs on NBC Universal’s pre-school channel Sprout in the US.
