Ferdinand takes 2nd spot at box-office after Star Wars


With an estimated $13.3 million intake, Ferdinand, the 12th offering from Fox and Blue Sky Studios notched up the second place in the United States.

The unimpressive debut of the film couldn’t have come at a worse time for Blue Sky whose future will hang in the balance in the after-effects of the Disney-Fox deal.
