Last month, fans of the Yo-Kai Watch franchise were given a treat when Yo-Kai Watch Busters 2 was confirmed for the Nintendo 3DS. But, unfortunately, no actual release dates were disclosed outside of the vague winter schedule. That changed recently, when the release window was narrowed down to December 7 in Japan.
Since the Nintendo 3DS is region-locked, those of the spectators who use a EU or NA version of the handheld will have to wait with bated breaths, but considering how well-received Yo-Kai Watch is all over the globe, it is most likely only a matter of time.
Yo-Kai Watch Busters 2: Treasure Legend Banbaraya is said to be continuing the pirate treasure-hunting theme and will be releasing with two versions, Sword and Magnum, at ¥5,184 (about $48) each.
Both the versions will have a medal bundled along with the game and will allow players to get a new Treasure Gear item when they clear a dungeon.
