Tinder leverages CG animation for its short ‘Invention of Together’ in the open


The online dating/matchmaking portal Tinder is leveraging the CG animation medium for its latest ad which showcases mankind’s eternal struggle to meet the perfect romantic partner via a richly detailed animated short titled Invention of Together.

The short was developed by creative studio Buck and overseen by executive creative director Ryan Honey and meant to take advantage of sleek CG animation in order to take viewers on a journey through time as they bear witness to the long history of courtship in humans.

The short first released in South Korea last month but is now available to everyone who has access to the internet.
